The Kovax Tolecut Blue is a self-adhesive sanding disc with a diameter of 34 mm and grit K2500, developed for dry sanding of painted surfaces in professional paint finishing environments. The disc is part of the Tolecut system, which provides detailed control when removing paint inclusions and runs without risk of excessive wear to the clear coat.

With a grit of K2500, this sanding disc is suited to finer sanding where minimal scratching is essential. The high flexibility of the material allows the disc to conform to both concave and convex surfaces, reducing the risk of uneven sanding results. The Tolecut system is designed to work dry, meaning the sanding result is visible throughout the entire process. This gives the operator continuous control and helps minimise the risk of sanding through the clear coat.

What is the Kovax Tolecut Sanding Disc and why choose it?

Kovax Tolecut is a dry sanding system specifically designed for paint finishers and detailers who need to remove paint inclusions, dust, and runs with precision. Unlike wet sanding, dry sanding with the Tolecut system provides immediate visibility of the sanding result, reducing the risk of overshooting and delivering a more controlled working process.

The self-adhesive backing (PSA mount) makes disc changes quick and straightforward, and the wide range of grits within the Tolecut series means sanding can be matched precisely to the depth of the defect and the condition of the painted surface. Blue colour coding indicates K2500 grit, making rapid identification easy in a professional workshop environment.
