EU Shipping FAQ

Do you ship to all EU countries?

Yes! We ship to all EU countries directly from our European warehouse. Enjoy fast, reliable delivery without customs or extra fees within the EU.

How long does delivery take within the EU?

Most EU deliveries arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination country. Courier services like UPS and DHL are typically faster, while registered letters may take a few extra days.

Are there any extra fees or customs charges?

No extra fees! Orders shipped within the EU are customs-cleared, and you will not pay additional VAT or import duties upon delivery.

How can I track my EU order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package through the courier’s website. See below for direct links to UPS, DHL, DPD, and local postal services.

Do you ship from within the EU?

Yes, all orders are shipped from our main warehouse within European Union. This ensures quick delivery and no customs hassle for EU customers.

Can I order from outside the EU?

Yes! We deliver worldwide. However, please note that shipping times, costs, and possible customs fees vary for non-EU countries.


DELIVERY TIMES:

We offer one of Europe’s widest selections of car care products, which means some items may be shipped from different warehouses. Thanks to our efficient logistics setup, your order is usually delivered within 7 business days – safely and reliably, straight to your door. If you have chosen to pay in advance via bank transfer, we will wait for the payment to be registered in our account before dispatching your order.

Note that we ship from Europe / EU. Exact shipping time depends on the carrier and country.

For recipients outside Europe, the shipping time may vary from 3-4  business days with DHL Express to 1-2 month with registered mail / packages.


SHIPPING OPTIONS:

We ship all orders from our main warehouse in Poland, and delivery is made via UPS, DHL, PostNord, or DPD. The following shipping options are available:

  • UPS/DHL/DPD Courier – Delivered directly to the recipient or to the nearest pickup point. This is a relatively fast and secure option. In most cases, we use UPS.
  • Trackable Letter (REK) – Smaller and cheaper items are sent as trackable letters (REK). Delivery time is usually 5–10 business days, depending on PostNord's processing.


SHIPPING COSTS:

If not otherwise stated, our shipping costs are based on the carrier's price list and regulations. The webshop automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the order's weight, total, and destination country. Exact shipping prices (and payment options) are shown in the shopping cart and at checkout.

Note! Not all countries provide tracking for items sent via postal services. These items are not insured against damage or loss. Additionally, delivery times can be significantly longer. Therefore, we do not recommend choosing this shipping method.
