1. PRICES and SALES TAXES (VAT):
All prices may be shown in several currencies. When you make an order prices may be converted into to appropirate currency for your country and paymnet option. (Click here for Currency Converter.)

Prices in our shop are shown automatically with taxes or tax-free depending on selection of your country.
Our shop try to auto-detect your country and set correct taxes and how prices are shown. You can always change this in your shopping cart.
Sales taxes apply to all coutries within EU. All other coutries get tax-free.

NOTE: Some (very few) products are delivered directly from wharehouses outside ECC/EU, mostly from Asia. Information about this is always on the product page in our webshop.
For this kind of products we do not charge any taxes. In some countries import taxes may apply. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. It's quite uncommon that small packages with relativly cheap products will be charged any import fees in most countries.. We will not be reponsible for this kind of charges.

2. WORLD WIDE SHIPPING
We ship to all countries.

After you have placed your order you will see an order confirmation on the screen as well as payment information. You will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail (including payment link). Make sure our email are not filted as spam, allow all mails from "@hqlights.com"

We will not be held responsible for any duties or international customs fees that you may be charged in your country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

NOTE! Please provide always the correct shipping address and your telephone number to prevent problems. We will not be responsible for lost packages due to wrong address. If we get back the package we will send your purchase again but shipping will then be charged again.

3. SECURE PAYMENTS

We offer 100% secure transactions through several payment gateways and IBAN / SWIFT bank money transfer.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If your order is not shipped yet you can cancel it and get full refund.

Return policy - If your order is shipped we offer 14 days cool-off period. Withing this period all unused and unopened products may be returned back to us. All your money will be refunded but shipping and bank fees.

Refunds will be done to same bank card, PayPal account or banka account you payed from.

Please use the contact form in our web shop to cancel your order. Please always write your order number and always use same email address that you have used  placing your order.

5. WARRANTIES, REPLACING & RETURNING ITEMS
All our new products have a one-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. If the item is faulty we will replace it a.s.a.p.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

NOTE! Before you return any items please contact us and receive an RMA number (return number). To get it please use the contact form on our web site. If you returned an item without the RMA number or the item is without any errors, we will charge you a service- and shipping fee.

6. YOUR PRIVACY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you only to process orders efficiently. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to other companies. Our cookies do not store any personal information and are used only for visitor statistics purposes.

Klarna Checkout: We use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
