Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Does the ExceDe Heavy Duty Upholstery Extraction Cleaner from ExceDe Professional work on leather upholstery?

No, the ExceDe Heavy Duty Upholstery Extraction Cleaner from ExceDe Professional is developed for fabric-based materials such as car upholstery, carpets, rugs and fabric covers. For leather upholstery, a dedicated leather care product is recommended, as the formula has not been tested on leather surfaces.

Is the ExceDe Heavy Duty Upholstery Extraction Cleaner from ExceDe Professional safe to keep in extraction machines between uses?

Yes, the product can be mixed and used continuously in extraction machines without damaging hoses or pumps, thanks to the low-foam formula. However, we recommend flushing the machine through with clean water after each session to prevent residues of citrus oils or cleaning agent from drying inside the system. See more ExceDe Professional products for complete car care.

What sets the ExceDe Heavy Duty Upholstery Extraction Cleaner from ExceDe Professional apart from other low-foam cleaners?

The ExceDe Heavy Duty Upholstery Extraction Cleaner from ExceDe Professional combines natural citrus oils with antibacterial and antistatic properties in a single formula, meaning it cleans, softens fabrics and protects against re-soiling all at once. Many low-foam cleaners on the market lack the antibacterial function or leave residue after rinsing. The formula is also flexible in dilution, ranging from 1:10 for stain removal to 1:100 for a plain rinse.
