What is Wet Coat and why choose it?

ADBL Wet Coat is a Sealant in spray form that is activated by water. Unlike traditional waxes and Coating products, Wet Coat requires no polishing or special surface preparation – the product is applied directly during the washing process. The hydrophobic layer that forms helps water and dirt roll off the paint surface more easily, making subsequent washes simpler.

The product is a cost-effective option for those who want to keep their vehicle protected between more thorough treatments with Ceramic Coating or other paint protection products.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Does ADBL Wet Coat work on a wet car directly after washing?

Yes, ADBL Wet Coat is developed specifically for application onto a wet surface. The spray is applied evenly over the paintwork directly after washing and then rinsed off with water – no drying is required before application. This makes Wet Coat a time-efficient paint protection solution for both professional users and enthusiasts.

How long does the protection from ADBL Wet Coat last?

ADBL Wet Coat provides hydrophobic paint protection for up to 12 weeks. The protection duration may vary depending on washing frequency, weather conditions, and the condition of the surface. For longer-lasting protection, Wet Coat can be combined with a Ceramic Coating or another Sealant as a base treatment. See more paint protection products in our range for complementary options.

What sets ADBL Wet Coat apart from other spray products on the market?

ADBL Wet Coat differs from many other Quick Detailer products in that it is developed for application directly onto a wet surface, eliminating a drying step from the workflow. The protection duration of up to 12 weeks is longer than what many conventional spray products offer. ADBL Wet Coat therefore combines ease of application with durable hydrophobic protection, making it suitable for both professional use and regular maintenance.
