Delivery and Sales Terms at HQLights

1. PRICES:

All prices are displayed in SEK (Swedish Krona) or EUR, including VAT.

Businesses from other EU countries with a valid EU VAT number can shop VAT-free (provided the order value exceeds 1000 SEK and the delivery is made via courier only).

2. ORDERS:

• Orders are placed exclusively through our online store.
• Customer data (and invoices) are stored for processing deliveries, returns, and warranties.
• We guarantee full confidentiality of your personal information and never sell or share your data with third parties.
• The customer guarantees that all personal and address information provided is accurate. NOTE: False orders will be traced and reported to the police.

3. PAYMENT METHODS:

We offer several secure payment methods, including online bank transfer, card payments, and invoice options for approved customers.

4. DELIVERIES:

• We ship not only within Sweden but worldwide.
• Orders are usually processed within 48 hours on business days, provided all items are in stock (availability is shown in the store and on your order confirmation).
• For bank transfer payments, we wait for the payment to be visible in our account before shipping (usually 1–3 business days).
• Orders typically ship from our main EU warehouse in Poland. No customs duties or import VAT apply within the EU (EU bank transfers in EUR are handled as domestic, depending on your bank).
• Deliveries are made via courier (TNT/DPD/UPS) or registered post.

5. SHIPPING & FEES:

Shipping costs and fees are displayed in the shopping cart before checkout. Shipping is calculated based on weight, destination country, and method. For orders under 150 SEK, a small handling fee may apply (clearly shown in the cart/checkout).

NOTE: In rare cases where items are bulky or the delivery address is remote, shipping costs may need to be adjusted. In such cases, we will contact you via email before shipping.

6. WARRANTY & RETURNS:

HQLights gives you peace of mind long after your purchase!

• All new products include a minimum 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects (unless otherwise stated). Some brands offer extended manufacturer warranties valid across the EU. Registration may be required on the manufacturer’s website. In most cases, warranty claims are handled directly by the brand. If that’s not possible, contact us for assistance.
• IMPORTANT: You must request an RMA number before returning any item. Use our return form and include your order number and issue description. You will then receive an email with return instructions. Items returned without an RMA will incur a 20 EUR handling fee, regardless of issue or warranty status.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping to us. We cover the cost of replacement shipping back to you.
• Damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty.
• Used or demo products are not covered by warranty unless otherwise specified.
• If your package arrives damaged during transport, report it immediately to the courier upon receipt. We will also require a copy of the official claim you filed with the delivery company.

7. AGE REQUIREMENT:

• According to Swedish law, you must be 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order.

8. CANCELLATIONS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

• You may cancel or change your order as long as it has not yet shipped. Log in or contact us via email. No fees apply. If already paid, the full amount (minus any bank/card fees) will be refunded.
• We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Swedish Consumer Agency rules for distance selling.
• Returned items must be unused and unopened.
• An RMA number must be obtained before returning any item (see above).
• Items must arrive in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for safe packing and return shipping.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds are always issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. For card payments, the amount will be refunded to the associated bank account.

9. PRODUCT USAGE:

None of our products may be used for illegal purposes. We are not responsible for how any product is used after purchase.

Use of Car Care Products

Many of our car care products are developed for professional use and may be stronger than typical consumer-grade products. Incorrect application or use on unsuitable surfaces can result in damage – something we cannot be held liable for.

Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully. Since we cannot assess your specific vehicle or use case, it is your responsibility to verify compatibility. If unsure, test on a small, discreet area first and start with the mildest solution.

10. PRIVACY POLICY:

All Registered Trade Marks used on this website, whether marked or unmarked, belong to their respective owners.
